The world of broadcasting includes a wide range of activities: television （images） and radio （sound）. It covers many genres, including culture, education, news and entertainment. In recent years there has been a digital revolution, which has increased the number of channels and created more opportunities for interactivity. The department of broadcasting aims to produce multitalented professionals capable of meeting the needs of the new era of broadcasting in a wide range of specialist fields. The newly built Ekoda Campus has full digital, high-definition production facilities. After studying the theory and fundamentals of production in their first two years at the Tokorozawa Campus, students can take full advantage of the digital environment in Ekoda from their third year. Furthermore, the multi-dimensional curriculum allows students to study outside of their own majors to develop a wide range of specialist skills.
