Nihon University College Of Art
Graduate school
Recently each field of art has become increasingly specialized, and students must acquire a higher level of knowledge and skills.
At the same time, each field of art has spread beyond its traditional range and borders between fields have become blurred. The graduate school of art provides an opportunity to study the theory and history of art and to develop creativity while also developing skills in other applied areas.
Based on these ideas, the Literary Arts Master Course started in 1951.

We currently offer the following five master courses:
  • • Literary Arts
  • • Image Arts
  • • Fine Art and Design
  • • Musical Arts
  • • Performing Arts
The doctoral course that started in 1995 offers an even higher level of research and study, and educates students to acquire deep knowledge and artistic expression.
